On Wednesday night, Rachel Zoe attended the launch of the ZOE Media Group in Hollywood, wearing a YSL jumpsuit. The maroon colour and sequinned texture channeled the spirit of the festive holiday season perfectly, and her hair was styled in loose braids, meeting in a side-swept ponytail.
Though I’m not the biggest fan of sequinned eveningwear or capri-length jumpsuits, I love how this piece looks on Rachel, and would definitely wear it myself! The jumpsuit originally made its debut on the runway at the Yves Saint Laurent Spring/Summer 2009 fashion show, in a shorter version, ending right below the knee. I prefer Rachel’s length, since it gives a more classy and glamorous finishing to the overall look. View the difference between the two jumpsuits here.
