Joseph Altuzarra showed his Spring/Summer 2012 ready-to-wear collection at New York Fashion Week on Saturday. Black nets and leathers were thrown into the jungle runway, along with white ruffles, colourful graphic prints, Missoni-esque zig-zag stripes, flouncy skirts and tailored pant-suits.

Altuzarra  gave a bold, tropical spin to his usual grunge-inspired garments, and the result was a collection that’s street-wear stylish and fashion-forward, evident in the collection’s only jumpsuit:
