Models walk the runway for Derek Lam at NYFW Fall 2011 RTW

For his Fall 2011 Ready-To-Wear collection previewed yesterday at New York Fashion Week, designer Derek Lam combined neutral tones with vibrant shades of red and blue in a work-wear-inspired line. 

Light, flowy fabrics and unfitted silhouettes give these jumpsuits a laid back, aerial look. Between the light pleating performed on the jumpsuits, the wide, oversized butterfly sleeves on the nude piece and the polished cowl neck on the blue, Derek Lam communicates his vision of the modern working woman.
