The Grazia Style Awards were held on Wednesday, May 4th at The Ritz Carlton Hotel in DIFC. Elaborately embellished abayas, bold printed silks, draped gowns and a few sparkling saris were spotted amongst the crowd of Dubai’s most fashionable.  The event was hosted by famed British designer Henry Holland, and co-hosted by Dubai based stylist, socialite  and PR director, Rosemin Manji.

Along with the general style award categories, hundreds of Grazia readers sent in their pictures as part of the magazine’s “Most Stylish Reader” award, and I was honoured to be one of the top three shortlisted contestants.

I attended the event in a self-designed dress from my own clothing label, (soon to be launched!) and bumped into good friend Sarah Aziza. 

This year, 8,958 Grazia readers voted for their favourite style brands, fashion destinations and icons. Congratulations to all of the winners!
