Priyanka Chopra at the Nikon Spring 2011 launch in Mumbai, March 15th

Last Tuesday, Bollywood actress and former Miss World, Priyanka Chopra, was announced as the new brand ambassador for Nikon at Hotel ITC Grand Maratha in Mumbai, India. Dressed in a baggy beige-coloured jumpsuit fitted at the waist and embellished with a halter neck formed from flower appliques, Chopra embodied casual elegance. The film star portrayed a perfect look for the start of the spring season: light, loose and simple, with a touch of elaborate detailing, completed the look with plum-coloured lips and bright green pumps.

Nikon isn’t her first experience as a brand ambassador– she has also been the face of Nokia, Sunsilk, Samsung and Hero Honda. She posed with a pink version of the new camera while  that the COOLPIX Spring Series 2011 was announced: a line featuring 10 new cameras in 39 different colours.
