Oversized collars, eye-catching colours, bold prints and metallic fabrics gave a futuristic feel to Jean Pierre Braganza’s Fall/Winter 2011 Ready-to-Wear runway show that took place on February 18th at London Fashion Week. Jean-Pierre Braganza was born in London to an Irish father and Asian mother. He moved to Canada at a young age where he completed a fine arts degree,  before moving back to London and starting his own label in 2003.

This jumpsuit definitely speaks to his futuristic design aesthetic. The bold lines, vibrant red, high collar give it some bold drama, which is softened by the light fabric and loose-fitting–giving a somewhat sporty, yet urban-chic appearance.
